LOWER LIMB STRETCHING
Lower limb stretching consist of gluteus,maximus,hamstring,iliopsoas, gastrocnemius, hip adductor, quadricep and piriformis.
Standing activity includes of weight transference, reaching forward/ sideways, turn head /body, perturbation training & step forward/backward exercise.

Activity that can be done using stairs which include lifting leg up and down, step up exercise, step down exercise, climbing stairs up and down and single leg squat.
Outdoor ambulation training consist of walking on uneven surface, walking up and down slopes and curbs.
